Energy company Salzburg AG operates about 130 charging points in Austria, of which about 10% consists of fast chargers (higher than 22kW power). They offer a charging card for €19,99 but you have to use a PDF form for that. You can also use a smartphone app. Unfortunately, their app cannot be downloaded outside of Austria. We are still working on this with Salzburg AG. Until then, you can start the charging session with the web-app, available at the 'Charge Map' button, a by credit card via a QR code on their charging station. This last method will cost you 10% extra fee.
