A rather lackluster experience so far! The app is very unresponsive and requires frequent restarts. I'm running it on a new Pixel 8 series phone, therefore I don't think the phone is to blame. When initiating a charging process, it takes several attempts for the app to actually start charging. Same for stopping the charging. The progress of the current charging session is also not updated. Forcefully closing and restarting solves the problem after a few tries but is far from ideal.

I used the app daily. It used to work fine, except it wouldn't save favourites. Since the latest update (3.0) it is unusable. Works OK until I login then it crashes every time!! Even after contacting support several times no useful response. Was told it was probably a phone issue and to uninstall and reinstall. Had already done this multiple times, all with the same outcome..it crashes when I try to logon. Note: The previous version of the app still works fine, just not the latest update (3.0).

quite bad. I cannot just scan the qr code of the station that is connected to my car but I have to actively find it on the map and then drill down and select it, today I could not access my account and had to use the charging station as an unknown customer. 2 stars instead of just 1 because technically it did work (by using it as an "unknown" customer).
